Sydney Adventure

I'm back to blogging! It's been a crazy hectic 2 years. I can blame it on university and working part time. But these past 2 years have been amazing because I have finally went on many adventures that I had been dreaming about for many years. So let's start of when I went to Sydney for the very first time.
I recommend taking a ferry ride between places. It's probably the cheapest way to see the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House and the amazing views of the city.
One of the greatest place to go walking around to is Hyde Park to go see the Archibald fountain. There you will see a great view of the St Mary's Cathedral.
Hyde Park | Elizabeth Street
Archibald Fountain | Hyde Park North, Prince Albert Road & Saint James Road
St Mary's Cathedral | St Mary's Road

My favourite part of the trip was going up to the Sydney Tower Eye and seeing the 360 degree view of the city. I would definitely recommend going because the experience of going up there is fun!
Corner of Pitt Street & Market Street

Sydney Tower Eye | 100 Market Street

One tip is going an hour before sunset to the Tower Eye because you get to see the view during day time, watch the sunset and see the view of the city during night time. It's the best time to go up there.

So have you travelled around Sydney? Recommend any places to go to the next time I go?

2013 Favourites

Well hello there 2014! 2013 went by so fast. I'm still writing "2013" instead of "2014". I think everyone can relate to this. 2013 has been okay but full of good memories to remember. Okay meaning there were days of confusion and bad/angry/I don't know what I'm doing in my life days. I'm just so happy it's 2014 already. I think this year will probably way better than 2013 for me. I'm finally making dreams into plans. I have a better confidence on what I want to do in the career part. It's an exciting year for everyone in my family because we all are hitting big numbers this year. I'm turing Twenty or what I call "Twenteen" ;). 30th and 5th Anniversaries, my big bro is gonna be half of 50, my bro in law will be 30, my lil bro is gonna be sweet 16 and our star (my niece) is turning 1! A very big year for all of us! #Excited!

Even though 2013 was okay-ish for me I've got a few 2013 favourites to share that maybe will be your 2014 favourite.

Fashion/Beauty:

I managed to wear this acid washed denim jacket all year round. I wore it over dresses and shirts.

Peplum. I have loads of peplum styled dresses and shirts. I just LOVE it.

Canvas shoes. I've stopped wearing these type of shoes but last year I went back to them.

Rose gold jewellery. I was still not happy with how the colour looks with my skin but I started to be ok with it

The halloween kiss perfume was a present from my 18th birthday and it is almost finished. I carried it around everywhere especially when it started to get hot. It has a very spice but settle smell.

I went through probably 3 of this baby lip pink from Maybelline. Really recommend this! There are few other colours but I especially love Cherry red and Pink blast.

Book:

University kept me so busy that in 2013 I only read 1 book which is just so sad. Shatter Me is pretty good. I finished the book in 2 days because I was very intrigued every ending chapter. There's a love triangle (As always) I'm definitely Team Adam.

Movie/Concert:

I can give all 3 movies a 10/10 and definitely the One Direction concert a 11/10 experience

So what's everyones 2013 favourites?

Polaroid Camera

Ever since I got into photography I wanted a Polaroid camera. It's just a really cool camera that immediately prints of your photos. Who ever invented it is a genius! Although having a DSLR camera, that I absolutely love, my polaroid camera purpose for me is 1. So I don't have to bring a bulky camera everywhere 2. I use the pictures for my everyday journal so I don't have to wait weeks for printing of my Instagram photos. 3. I wanted one. So one afternoon I found all my left over gift cards that I had and used them to buy myself one. With the gift cards I only had to pay half of the price. Woot!

Myers has a great deal going on with the Fujifilm Instax Mini 8. Where it's $99 but it includes a pack of 10 films. I bought the Pink one and I actually surprised myself with my choice of colour. There is a choice of black, blue, yellow, pink and white. Reason why I went for the pink is because I thought it would go with a lot of my outfits or bags and they didn't have a purple one. It was a very cute and pretty shade of pink so I went with it.

What a pretty box! "Life recorded instantly" The 3 words that defines Polaroid cameras.

 Yay to free 10 films!

 Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

My first camera that was given by my parents was a fujifilm digital camera that I still have. So I knew that I won't have any problems with having the Fujifilm polaroid camera.

One awesome function this polaroid camera has is the ability to automatically determine what setting the camera should be. It lights up which setting to put the camera to and you just have to turn it to the which it is lit up. Awesome right?

Scroll down to my previous post to see my first epically failed shot with it but I'll sure share more of what I captured.

What do you guys think of polaroid camera's?
